Provided by YP.comI work grave yard, so running errands can be a pain for me. When I wake up the stores are closing, and when I get off work I have to wait a couple hours for stores to open to do what I have to do on a daily basis.
On January 11th I called Go Wireless to find out what time they opened, and the voice recording stated that they opened at 09:00 am, so I drove over to see that on their front door they actually opened at 10:00am. I ended up going home to wait an hour for Go Wireless to open so that I could open an account with them.
By 10:15 I got to Go Wireless, their store was still not open. I attempted to call the phone but no answer. I then went next door to have a sandwich and i was done by 10:45, and Go Wireless was still closed. During this time there were 5-6 customers waiting outside and we ended up leaving shortly after that. That is when I decided to go to the mall to the Metro booth to set up my service.
The catch is that I went back to the store to pay a bill for my t-mobile phone bill, but for some reason they were unable to process that payment. So while I was there I decided to speak with the manager about the Jan 11th Situation. The manager was almost 17 years old, and he just stared at me without apologizing for my inconvenience. They had nothing to say, and they pretty much did not even care.
This company is ran very poorly, with terrible customer service.
