This care home needs some serious changes especially a new social service director. She is not to lie, make Seniors cry, brainwash them, or let nurses aides hit them. Seniors need to be up, eat and bathed. Not harass family members, keep family from being together or mismanage finances. Costs need to be upfront. She needs to be helpful and caring. After what I have seen I would not bring or refer anyone here. This place deserves no stars.
