For the price this place is not bad. I've stayed here probably 6 or 7 times in my visits to Stockton. Everyone in the valley knows Stockton isn't very safe but I never felt unsafe at this motel. The people in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Only once was I unhappy with my room, the phone was messed up and the room was kind of in dire need of repair. Thats really my only knock. Theres a mexican/american diner right next door that has great food.

A good deal if your looking for a place to sleep overnight. It is situated near the business district overlooking the water. The Stockton Ports baseball field is located nearby and also the movie theater and a farmers market on the weekends. The basic room had a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, cable t.v. and was very clean. I your style is 150 dollars a night rooms, then this is not the place for you. If your average like me, then you will be surprised at what a deal this room actually is. I would actually rate this place a 3.7 in consideration to the price. It also has a nice pool area which unfortunately closes at 10:00 P.M.
