Workplace training programs are available on an individualized basis for employers. Employees - Potential claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination are usually most effectively and economically resolved by early factual assessment of the possible merits of a case, coupled with pre-complaint negotiation efforts with employers. Litigation in this area should be a last resort and the Firm is committed to using mediation efforts and pre-complaint negotiation in an effort to achieve non-litigation resolution of potential claims.
