I went to this complex I explain that I was just starting my credit and that I was a first time renter. Mary Ann said oh don't worry but at the end they turn me down and charge me $30.00 application fee. They falsely tell you that they can work with you to take your $30.00 since the approval is exclusively based on your credit.
