I couldn't be happier they serviced my home and were quick and got the job done right, I used them for my aunts house and was a repeated customer satisfaction, I highly recommend this a/c company!

7/7/12...Update....After further discussions, we were treated wonderfully. They came back and fixed everything at no cost to us...in a very timely manner. I will use them again.

7/3/12...Horrible customer service. My routine service turned into a mess. The workers didn't cap my full freeon and it leaked. Then, didn't put nuts and bolts back. They did more damage to my unit and don't want to take care of it. The Asst CSM says the tech has 40 yrs experience...he doesn't make mistakes! She said "I'm refunding your money and washing my hands of this." we were nothing but nice. Mistakes happen- just fix it! Going elsewhere and sending them the bill!!

I had made the mistake of calling someone else first. They quoted me over $700 to fix! I called Mclaughlin and they sent someone super nice the same day! Turns out I just needed a small part and it was fixed for wayyy less than the other guy! Definitely call them first for fixed right the first time!!

they came to my house for an hour an 15min. charged me over 100$ an didnt fix anthying!!! he told me my motor was broke, well i call another one out the next day an all that was broke was my fan he fixed it an also fixed a gas leak that McLaughlin didnt see... BOOO.....

The service technician really knew his stuff. Minimal charge to fix my furnace. Really happy with them.
