Provided by YP.comTo all who are looking for any type of flower arrangement, this is the last place you want to do business with.
My son's 10th Angelversary was being celebrated this weekend. I contacted this flower shop and spoke to Shelly. She assured me they could make the arrangement I was looking for. I went ahead and placed my order with her to a tune of $180. This was my biggest mistake and worst nightmare. I went to pick it up, to my surprise the shop was closed. I had prepaid my flowers just to find out that they did not fulfill their obligation. Keep in mind this is a very important date for me this is my son and baby boy. I called them all afternoon to no avail, they don't even have an answering machine.
TO ALL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF FLOWERS DO NOT EVEN PATRONIZE THIS FLOWER SHOP. IT IS THE WORST OF THE WORST IN STOCKTON, CA.....

Provided by YP.comIn short, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my Grandmother's funeral. I was assured by Tracy that it would be delivered for the funeral. The day of the funeral, no flowers. I had to frantically call around just before the funeral and try to get flowers delivered. The delivery guy knew nothing about the order but dropped everything to bring some flowers for the funeral (thank goodness for him). They were not the ones I ordered. I had ordered pink and white, which was a special, specific request my Grandma had made before she passed away. This pretty much put me into a hysterical mess before my Grandma's funeral even started. I was in charge of pretty much everything for the funeral, and it made a very difficult day so much harder. After I got home, I called OK Flowers over and over to try to ask what had happened. It took several phone calls and days to get ahold of anyone. I kept being put off and lied to. Ex: One person would say Tracy would be back in an hour. I'd call back and then I'd be told she was out for the day. After speaking with four or five people and following up incessantly, I was finally refunded 1/2 of the price of the flowers. Reading other reviews since, it sounds like I'm lucky I got even that. After the severity of this mix-up and the grief that it caused, then the 2 weeks of ridiculousness I had to go through to get 1/2 of my money refunded, I thought I deserved a full refund at the least. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which the business NEVER responded to! It's really unbelievable that they seem to care nothing for their customers or the quality of the products, customer service or their commitments. I would highly recommend staying away from this business and their affiliates. They have two locations in Stockton, one called OK Flowers (on West Lane), one called Harding Lane Floral, and a location in Manteca called Rosecart of Manteca.

Provided by YP.comI received two arrangements for my birthday on July 9. One was to be delivered to my parents' house in Lodi, and the other to be delivered to my work in Stockton. For some reason, the delivery driver called me to let me know this. Because it was my birthday, I was in a good mood and told him to just leave both at my work. I stopped by the office to pick the flowers up so I could take them home before I started work. The first arrangement, the one that should have been delivered to Lodi, was beautiful. It was a special order so it had to be made fresh. However, the second arrangement, was on its last leg. It looked as if it had been haning out in the shop's refrigerator for way too long when they finally got an order for a similar arrangement.
My mother, who used to work in a flower shop, was with me, and when she saw the arrangement, she was flabbergasted. Anyone could tell that the flowers were old and they did not even smell pretty! We got to her house, and she immediately called the shop. We were told that the arrangement was made fresh. Yes, it may have been made fresh, but with old flowers. She then told us that if we wanted a replacement that day, the flowers would be of the same nature. She then offered to send us a fresh arrangement the following day, for that is when they were receiving their fresh flowers. Obviously, we chose the fresh flowers. We then told her we wanted the flowers delivered to the house in Lodi because I was not goin ginto work for several days. She argued that they only paid for shipping to Stockton. We then pouinted out that one of my deliveries was supposed to be delivered in Lodi, but was instead delivered to Stockton. With the shipping fee already being paid for Lodi, we felt this should not be a problem. After arguing with us, she finally agreed.
The next day, July 10, the flowers in the bad arrangement were dead and the water was so murky, we could not even see through it. We waited until 4:30 PM, and the flowers never arrived. Once again, my mother picked up the phone to call. She verified the address and went over what happened, again. We were then told that we would get the arrangement the NEXT day, delivered in Lodi.
On July 11, I got a phone call from my work, telling me that my replacement arrangement had been delivered....in Stockton! Are you freaking kidding me?! We called the shop AGAIN and demanded the flowers be picked up and delivered to the promised address. When the flowers arrived, they were not dead, but the arrangement was very sparce. There were holes in the arrangement that should have been filled with flowers, and the arrangement did not even fill the vase entirely.
This flower shop is the worst flower shop I have ever worked with. They argued with us when we told them of the dead flowers delivered; they only replaced them when we would not stand for their excuses; the replacement was delivered two days later at the wrong address; and it was not even a full arrangement. Beware to all!
