Provided by YPmobileI was informed when making my first appointment that my visits were covered by my insurance. After two visits of me asking for my copayment amount, I was informed that the staff never took my insurance information down. After repeated calls I found out I was never covered. I was informed that it was their "policy" to not discuss benefits until the third visit. The doctor is FANTASTIC and if it wasn't for the front desk workers I would gladly pay out of pocket. Again he is a great doctor but make sure you know your information before you start going.
