I wish I could give no star to this business!

This business lie to it's consumer just to get their money!

We put $1500 down and sign a contract with them to hold a rental house for us. We been told that if we cancel the contract before signing final release and getting the key, they will only deduct the house rent in those days that the house was out of market because of us, and they will return the rest of our deposit money back.

Because of a problem that we experience for living in that house, we had to cancel the contract. At the first they said it's ok and it will take some more days for cancellation processing, but after about two weeks calling them, finally they said that They will not return ANY of my deposit money!!!

If you want to deal with this business, just keep in your mind that you will not see any of your money or deposit that you will give them!

These people have been very nice and great to deal with. Thank you so much for all that you do. I am very thankful for your help.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO OWNERS! I have a home in Stockton and have used PME service to manage my property. Everything went smoothly and got my home rented right away. The employees are helpful and courteous. I have no problem in getting a return phone call.
