I haven't had any problems and only hear from RPM
when there is a legitimate problem and usually it is
taken care of quickly.

RPM in the Stockton location has been overall good. They are quick and have clear communication. Thank you!

I have worked with Real Property Management since April 2011. Since having the company manage my property, they have provided myself and my tenant with excellent service. Even when having experienced difficulties with a previous tenant, the company continue to engage with myself and the tenant and ensure the proper procedures were followed. The team at RPM always responds in timely manner to both my concerns and the tenants. I am very pleased with the services thus far and intend to allow Real Property Management to manage my property until I venture back to the area.
