BAD-Look for someone else

I ordered a momument in Dec. 2005 and was promised 4-6 months, it's almost 4yrs. I visited the owner last year to at least put in my husband's military headstone temorarily, he hadn't even started on mine, had not even cut the military stone. Last month the temporary installation had to be anchored, the only reason they came out is because I called Tracy cemetary and warned them that it was a safety hazard and the cemetary told them it needed to be anchored per regulations. I didn't even get the other half of my husband's headstone that was supposed to be for me. I was so tired of dealing with them that I asked my son to call them they haven't responded to him, instead they called me and left a message, I returned the call and have not heard from themf since (it's been a couple of months (again!)). They need to keep their contracts in a decent timeframe or return our money. I'm sure there are others, and they've done this before, just google and you'll find articles, they haven't changed their business practices.

Kcatano111, I need to obtain some information if I can from you regarding the SJ DA and if you've found other entities to help you get your $ back. Very poor

This company takes your money and does not produce the product. We are currently working with the Better Business Bureau, San Joaquin District Attorney and any other entity that will assist us getting our money back or the monument we paid for.

They will not return phone calls and make promises they have no intention of keeping.



When my 88 yr old father died in February 2009, my mother 83 yrs old purchased a double headstone. She paid almost $900 and was told it would take approx 6 weeks to be delivered and set. It is now September (9 mos later) and no headstone. Numerous calls have been made to the company and we are always told our call will be returned by the manager. NEVER, do we receive a return call.



I don't recommend doing business with this company!
