My experience with the service dept was very bad. The factory recall repairs caused major problems and major anxiety because they made our van's brakes lock up and the vehicle to stall blocks from the dealer. Had to bring it back, hoping they fix it and hoping there is no damage.

I was ready to go buy my first Honda lookin at this car all day walking around looking at it through the windows and waitig for this guy to help me out his over their looking at us talking to this girl he works with and right when I was about to call him they went inside and yea they saw me but didnt bother to ask if we needed help so we waited to see if they were co
Ing back outside and nope they didnt so you know we left to Lodi Honda very great customer service I told two of my friends and we all got our car their !!

I have always like the fact that I could get my Honda serviced at Stockton Honda and then go shopping at Costco while I was waiting. They are so friendly and they have a great shuttle driver!
