Based in Sacramento, Calif., Teichert is a full-service paving and building contracting firm. Established in 1887, it is one of the largest aggregate producers in the United States. The firm produces a wide variety of building materials, consisting of aggregate, ready-mix concrete, asphaltic concrete and precast products, among others. It is also a general contractor providing solutions related to roads, sidewalks, freeways, curbs, utility trenches and gutters. Teichert has implemented a number of projects, such as Bellevue Ranch, Merced; Whitney Ranch, Rocklin; Twelve Bridges, Lincoln; Northstar, Placer County; Thunder Valley Casino, Lincoln; and Roseville Galleria, Roseville.
