Huge Home Depot with lots of parking. Customer service could be better. Asked for help but associate said they'll be right back but didn't return.

Will NEVER BUY from AGAIN

This is the third appliance I have bought from Home Depot and will never ever buy again from them!! First it was my washer n dryer took a month to get that issue fixed n I only had them for two months. Now my fridge I bought in June still under manufacture warranty n purchased a extended warranty for another 3 yrs from Home Depot but yet it's been since 11/23/14 that my fridge has died all my food waste including thanksgiving dinner, it's now 12/4 n still I have no fridge!!!! Can't get reimbursed for anything untill someone gets out there to look at it which mean I'm paying to eat out for a family of 4 breakfast lunch and dinner! I have had two appt the tech did not show n Home Depot all they can say is sorry I have to deal with Samsung. I'm still paying on a fridge I can not use . Very frustrating very irritated I will never ever buy again from them!!!
