Provided by YP.comI guess Chuck must not like me because I got the worst experience ever from this place. I paid almost $400 on a tint job and found some flaws and imperfections. I pointed them out and was told that I was too picky and that there is no such thing as a perfect tint job. I wasn t expecting perfection, but I was expecting at least quality that reflected $400. Chuck offers warranty and customer satisfaction but for some reason didn t honor them with me. I brought him a brand new 2013 car and expected nothing less than superior quality and workmanship. What I got was a good but flawed tint job. I had air bubbles and blemishes and a couple of lines that were said to be glue and should have dried up. The car was redone once and still had tiny bubbles. The second time seemed even worse. The installer did not clean the windows well and I could see smears of some kind in between the film and the window. I took my car to another shop and was told that the job was bad, especially on a brand new car. I called Chuck again to tell him about the situation and he immediatley became mad and told me he was insulted by the things I said. He made it sound like he and his installers were gods and weren t capable of mistakes. I forgot to mention, he didn t once apologize to me for the bad install or the inconvenience that I had experienced.
He offered to redo the tint again but this time only on one window. I refused and wanted the whole thing redone. He refused and then offered to refund the cost of material and peel off the tint. I declined and wanted the whole amount back. He became furious and then laughed at me, saying no way.
I'm not trying to scam Chuck or anything like that. I was happy to pay him and all wanted in return was a tint job I would be happy with. I'm sure everyone here would agree with me that a brand new car deserves better care and treatment. No one would be ok with mediocre. Maybe on an old beat-up but definitely not on a brand new car.
I'm curious to know if anyone who has posted a review here has had a perfect or near perfect tint job.

Provided by YP.comI went to ProTint to get my windows tinted and will definitely be going back for any other vehicles I need tinted. Brent of ProTint really went over all options with me and did an awesome job with my car. We will be bringing in my husband's car to get it tinted and get a clear bra put on. We are so glad that we found a great place to bring our cars in Stockton and will recommend to our friends for sure!
