These places have seen better days. It was a wonderful place when first built. Location is great that is s plus.

I was going to live here, but when I initially went to the complex the apartment I was set to rent was not able to be looked at. I was told I would be able to move in on October 23, and that I would receive a phone call to come in and look at the apartment and sign the lease 1-2 weeks before. I never received a phone call, so I made other living arrangements. When I called the complex to tell them, the woman was (to say it nicely) not very helpful. And immediately told me that I won't be getting my holding deposit back, despite the fact that they never even told me that the apartment was actually ready to rent. Was I supposed to just assume the apartment would be ready, despite not receiving the promised phone call to see the apartment and sign the lease? I kind of like knowing where I'm going to be living, so having not received the phone call, I made other arrangements.



DEFINITELY THINK TWICE BEFORE LOOKING AT THIS COMPLEX.
