Just had the "privilege" of speaking with "Suzie" in the office. She was not very helpful or knowledgeable regarding the questions I was asking. When the office is mailing documents to me, I should be able to ask questions regarding the file without "Suzie" acting as though she couldn't wait to get off the phone. Customer service pays off when you work in a client based profession.
