Mitch Millett is committed to restoring and preserving the Stockton Inn with the utmost respect for it’s considerable history while gently nudging her into the 21st century by injecting many updates and improvements. Elevating the customer experience is also a top priority. Much has been done to improve the guest’s environment or setting both indoors and in the gardens. Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients is where all of our food offerings begin. Beyond that it's a food concept he describes as “colonial inspired.” While considerable work has been accomplished we have only scratched the surface so please feel free to let us know how we’re doing or enjoy an elegant yet relaxed dinner soon and become a part of the Stockton Inn’s new history!
