A great place to eat especially with their healthy fare grilled chicken and spring mix salads and much more! Everything is handmade tastes great and be sure to try the homemade cakes by Cynthia oh my!

I recently had lunch at Parker's with my son. The service was friendly and the food came out fast and hot. They have a pretty typical diner-type menu, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes. They also have ice cream and other deserts. I had the Philly Steak and Cheese and it was really good. The place has been in business for over 50 years and has a really interesting history. At one point early on, the back dining room served as the family's living quarters. The original owner's son now manages the place. A true "mom and pop" with a down home feel. You can sit in a booth or at the bar. The only thing that would be an improvement is a bit of a face lift for the building. Not much to look at from the outside, gravel lot and a very dated dining area. Still, it has it's charm and the friendliness of the staff and the good food are what make it worth the trip.
