I just went to this establishment for the first time on Saturday, 2/20/16 at 7:20. I will never return, it exhibits poor customer service. I am waiting in line to order and after 10 minutes I am asked if I have already placed an order or do I need to place an order. I let the lady know that I need to place an order. She proceeds to tell met that this establishment is no longer taking orders at this time (7:30pm on a Saturday). I do not understand how the establishment closes at 10pm but they no longer take orders at 7:30 pm. If that is the case they are portraying false advertisement on their closing times.

I LOVE THIS PLACE FOOD IS SO ORGASMIC AND YES I SAID THAT... IT'S MMHHMMMM GOOD N PUTS YOU RIGHT TO BED.... I DRIVE 1HR.30MIN. TO THIS PLACE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING... THEY HAVE SO MANY OPTIONS AND SO MANY SIDES TO COOKS FROM ALSO.... THE VIBE IS HOMEY N FRIENDLY.... I JUST LOVE THIS OHHH PS. TRIED THE CRAB CAKE OHHHMMMMGGGGGG.... KISS TO THE CHEF....THIS FILLS THE VOID OF BEING AWAY FROM HOME... PSA ... NO LONG WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD AND IT STAYS HOT EVERY BITE...
