The Decatur Adventist Junior Academy provides general Christianity-based academic programs to students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. Its syllabus includes science, social studies, English, mathematics, language arts and music. The academy provides classes in Bible, Spanish and physical education, as well as organizes a variety of events, including field trips, spelling bee and music programs. It also maintains a library and media center that stocks books and instructional and reference materials. The Decatur Adventist Junior Academy is accredited by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and is approved and licensed by the State of Georgia. It is located in Stone Mountain, Ga.
