First!!! I'm not the type to spread bad news i understand the people that work here have to make a living and I would never knock that but this place is really ridiculous and I would hate to see someone get ripped off signing a lease with these Slum Lords. Moved here 2 months ago. Thought it was a decent place for the money, i thought. Within the first week before I'd even had time to move any of my belongings in, I noticed that this place was Roach infested. Which I must say the covered up pretty good during my inspection. Within a month my fridge fell apart, a/c started leaking and my whole hallway was drenched in water which took them never to fix I go to the office at least twice a week and for over a month they have been giving me broken promises. Not to mention you will here gun shots every single night but if your from the hood that's cool nothing to complain about. The place is a complete dump! The staff only gives a sh*t when they want you to move in after that, (hahaha SUCKER!!!!)

i wouldn't..... The Reserve @ Stone Creek is not a suitable place to be. The problems start with the management or lack thereof Stephanie and Joy are 2 of the worst property mgrs I have ever come across. I am apalled this is the only way to be heard and even this will not give me solutions. Spend your money where you will matter .
