NO STARS!!! THEY R LIARS AND SCAM ARTIST WHO IS OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY..THEY LET GIVE A DEPOSITl and SCAM ON A WAy TO KEEP THE MONEY N TAKE THE car BACk

I don't think these people deserve one star.I would Not recommend anyone what so ever to go to this car lot. I will not lie, so I will say the people seem very nice and helpful. I was put in three different cars at this car lot and all three were very unreliable. After the third vehicle stopped on me on the highway after having it for not even a week, I called to have them come and pick it up. I called to ask about my down payment only to get insulted. The inventory of cars they show on their website is not anything like what they actually have on the lot. I would advise anyone who is considering getting a vehicle there please don't because they are simply selling shells.

This place does not know how to do business...my daughter called there and spoke to Renada and my daughter asked her how much down and what are the payments like...she told her for an SUV it would be 700-1000 down and payments between 280-320 per month.... so we visited there..we met with Renada about the X5...my daughter test drove the car and liked it.......she checked my daughters credit and based on that said she had to put $1500 down and a $350 pickup payment(not what she said on the phone)...and monthly payments would be $310...my daughter didn't have all the money so Renada spoke to William(guess he was the manager) and he said they could work out something....give them $250 deposit and that would hold the car so it could not be sold...wrote out an agreement to pay $900 in 2 weeks(could drive away) and a $350 check as a pickup payment for later....all of this in writing and signed....we leave....called back to say would be in on Aug. 24th to pay the 900 as agreed and spoke to Renada and she told my daughter that the car was being sold as we speak...my daughter asked to speak to William and was told she could not reach him....my daughter called William herself and he said Um, yes, Im sorry the car is being sold....my daugherr then call Renada and she confirmed what William said and she said you can come and get your $250 back... we went there the same day to get the $250 back and someone was outside getting ready to test drive the car my daughter thought she was buying!!!! NO ONE apologized for what they did to her, no explanation given... didn't say why they did it, they just held her money up for 2 weeks and told a bunch of LIES...she later received a call from someone there who claimed to be the manager and said it was a mix up come back and get the car---I guess that deal fell through....In my opinion....I would stay away until they figure out how to sell cars!!!

Never purchase a vehicle from this location...I bought a 2001 buick century cash in Feb 2013 the car only lasted a month and a half before the engine went out waste of time and a waste of money they are selling bad vehicles
