Worst I've ever been too!!!! Can't get a hold of the finance dept.... which is dr. Jose Napenas' wife..... she is out months at a time. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for my payment

(X-RAYS) DONE BEFORE THE OFFICE ON mEMORIAL BURNED DOWN. Could not get ahold of the finance dept for approx. 2 weeks + she was gone on vacation another two weeks. She works 10-2p.m., but yet takes over an hour lunch break???

The Dr. is getting reimbursed from the insurance company for all that was distroyed, including files, PLUS I have already paid him too!!! so he is collecting twice, BUT WON'T REIMBURSE ME....... SCAM..... BOOTLEG CLINIC...... STAFF.... FINANCE DEPT...... WILL BE PURSUING IN COURT!!!!
