This place is so upside down wow. They will not come to fix anything for you for months. They have no shame in there game Jesus help us at wynview.

New ownership is making a huge difference. LOTS of improvements at this Wynview Apartment with a great rent deal compared to other apartments in the area. Fixed eye sores, new painting, security gates and cameras, great pool, and new playground facility. Maintenance has been fixing everything from water leak to creaky rails. People are moving in even before their planned Grand Opening.

Since I been living here nothing has been fixed I called two weeks ago and told them the window in my room was broken and my house won't stay cool because of it and gnats keep coming inside because of this window the people working here are just working to get a paycheck they don't care about the tenants but will hound you for rent how can u expect someone to pay rent when u can't even come fix things I hate I ever came here this is not home to me more like a broke down shelter cuz the building across that's boarded up I guess it will stay that way witch is very tacky. Then they wanna have the people I guess over the property come to inspect to see if we living clean smh and see what repairs need to b done ask me have anybody came to fix any of those repairs not.. My dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in so I guess who do u call in government to come out and have this on the news cuz it's ridiculous...
