Used this mover because it was the cheapest even though I was warned by another local mover that they would intentionally take their time to make up the difference in the hourly rate. They arrived 2 hours late, even though I was scheduled to be the first move of the day. They made no apologies, took one piece of furniture to the truck then proceeded to have a cigarette break at my expense. I also noticed they blocked my common driveway so that every time someone had to come in or out, they had to move the truck and put it back, even though there was planty of street parking. After I had my fill of watching that I called the owner of the company. He was angry and abusive and showed up on the site, berating me and screaming in my face threatening to dump my stuff on the front lawn if i didn't shut my mouth. He was SOOO aggresive that I wanted to call the police but was afraid he would dump my stuff on the lawn so I had no choice but to suffer his abuse. At the new house, he continued to give me a hard time while his men threw my stuff in the house, not caring or asking where to put it. The owner then strong armed me into paying for more time than I had used, saying they had minimums and I had no choice. He then told me not to call them anymore, as if I would. I assured him he need not worry about that but I would make sure other people knew what he had done. Also my new neighbor told me she had used them too and it took them 8 hours to load up 4 rooms of furniture when she moved. You would be a fool to trust these people with your belongings or your safety. Owner desperately needs anger management class and I hope his franchise owners read this too.
