Provided by YP.comI am the Owner and Head Instructor at Crino's Martial Arts. All our students both Kids and Adults - have a blast learning and working hard on new and old Self Defense Techniques. They perform these techniques under the guidance of either myself or 3 other instructors on fellow students giving them confidence that if called upon they would be able to use them in a real situation. We work hard to build each students Confidence, Self Worth and Empowerment, in addition to Self Control and Self Discipline.. At Crino's we will Never guarantee you a Black Belt in a specific time frame, All our Belts are earned starting day 1 in our programs. We are NOT A PARTICIPATION Trophy Martial Arts school who gives out belts every 6 weeks and guarantees you a Black Belt in a Specific time frame, because that's a Feel Good Belt! Come down anytime to check out our Kids or Adult classes.
As far as the 3 or 4 reviews giving us a terrible rating, I guess the competition schools must be worried about us.. As I said above, come down anytime and check us out.. my dojo is your dojo, we have nothing to hide.

Provided by YP.comA few years back I was looking for a new dojo for my nieces. I was unhappy with the training they were receiving at another. They had a few friends that were training at Crino's, so I went there to speak with them. The owner, Sil, came across as a very pleasant person. As I observed his class which was made up of younger children, I could see he had a good rapport with them. I signed them both up, and I was very glad that i did. Within a few months they had learned more than they did in a year at the other school. The classes trained them, were great exercise and fun at the same time. Sil is very involved with the local community, and goes beyond the normal instruction. He also hosts classes, videos and trainings about safety in public places , for girls going off to college and general self defense. I have since also enrolled my girlfriend's 2 kids. The results are amazing. They had no background in martial arts, but now are progressing constantly. They have also increased their self discipline, concentration and physical conditioning. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Crino's. Sil and his family are very good at what they do.

Provided by YP.comGreat place & even greater instructors! My kids & I felt welcomed from the 1st time we walked in the door. Very patient & accommodating. Both my son & daughter are students here. My son has autism & I was not sure how this would go. I am pleased to say that he loves coming here & looks forward to karate each week. My daughter who has no special needs also loves coming. She is shy & I feel this is helping to build her confidence. Everyone who works here is amazing with all the kids. It is a family run business that makes everyone feel like family! If you are looking to give karate a try or to switch schools I highly recommend giving Crino’s Martial Arts a try! Another plus is they have fair prices.

Provided by YP.comThis is a terrible martial arts studio. I did martial arts for 20 years when one was younger and I was very excited when my daughter wanted to try crinos out. I was very surprised by what I saw there. It seemed like sil was showing off to the parents, the technique was terrible and I was very put off by the demeanor he had with the kids. This place is an example of what a martial arts studio should not be.

Provided by YP.comWOW!!! My Family and I must be running a Great Program at our school. I say this because we seem to be really scaring the hell out of the competition. Are you that afraid of us that you have to make up lies? Yes, Michelle Anderson and now your 5678mommy (whoever you are) you’re a liar, because that’s exactly what your comments are, lies; and everyone that knows us, trains or has trained at our school knows it. Are you really that afraid of us? I’d like to say Thank You whoever you are because you have just validated that we’re on the right track. When people fabricate malicious lies about someone it’s out of jealousy or fear. We don’t follow the same pattern other schools do. That’s our choice. We don’t believe in promoting a student just so they stay with our school. When you do things differently the competition knocks it, especially if they can’t or won’t match it. We are always looking for ways to improve for the benefit of our students. You have given us more reason to keep doing what we’re doing and to build on it. To all the amazing families, students who come to our school, my family and I are grateful beyond words for your patronage, your endorsements, but even more important for your friendship and trust. Our door is always open.
Sorry everyone - this was not suppose to be a review - we don't write our own reviews.
