Called to have Storm Lake, IA office fax some paperwork, the employee agreed so we drove an hour to have that employee tell us he would not fax any items for us. Told us he would mail a packet, just received a letter from SSD office in Utah informing us that no paperwork has been received. The packet was supposed to be mailed on Thursday of last week, today is Wednesday and SSD has not gotten it yet. The Storm Lake, IA office should be closed because it is a waste of tax payer money. This review will not let me proceed without a rating, so I will give them one star which is one too many.
