What horrible service. I took my log splitter in and was told it would be two weeks. One month later I called and asked if it was ready. (I knew it would be longer from a previous experience) I was told it wasn't and after some prodding they admitted that other equipment brought in after mine was serviced before mine that they felt was more important than my log splitter. I asked how much longer it would be. He said a week....but they also had to get their beans planted. I said, you probably really aren't going to get it done in a week are you....and he said probably not. Why tell me a week then?!! What a pathetic way to do business. I will tell everyone I can when I get the chance of the horrible treatment I received here. I guess they need to know you or something to get any kind of service. I felt like more of a burden than a customer. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone...and I'm a supporter of local businesses. I'm not hiding behind some screen name in anonymity because I'll gladly back up everything I put here.
