Flawless repair of the door on my Subaru BRZ. Excellent paint match. Professional staff, good communication and timely execution. What more could you want?

Brought my car for a front end repair after a hit and run. I chose this shop because it is close to our place and is in the accredited list of my insurance. Totally not satisfied with the quality of work -- head lights are not aligned properly, big gap between hood and grill, missed repairing damaged paint on lower portion of the bumper and imperfections on the repainted hood (dust and dirt in the paint). Frank Jr, the owner of the shop, has no customer service skills and was very rude when presented with the quality of work done to my car. I can't believed that he said: "A Ferrari in the shop has imperfect lines also and the car cost $250,000". So I should accept the fact the headlights and body panels are fine if they are obviously out of alignment because my car is nowhere near the price of the Ferrari? They need to have a reality check on the mission statement posted in their website.
