The use of this hall proved to be a frustrating experience. The manager of the hall was not present for my daughter's wedding reception and as the mother-of-the-bride I found myself dealing with the issues that arose. Furthermore, they failed to inquire as to whether or not there should be champagne at the wedding, and so there was no champagne for the toast! The caterer was also frustrated that the manager was not there to run the event. The manager of the hall was at times difficult to converse with and I sometimes was faced with a bad attitude from her. She could, at times, be very kind. The tables were set up as we specified, but that's the only good thing I have to say about my experience there.
