My husband purchased a firm mattress for around $700 from Bedrooms Today that seemed comfortable to him in the showroom. Once he had it home, it became clear within a few days that the mattress was not going to be comfortable for him to sleep on long term. He immediately went back to BT and was told that he needed to give it around a month and if he still was not happy, that he could make an exchange for a different mattress. So, today he went back to arrange for an exchange and was told otherwise. No exchanges. He was only offered to keep the current mattress @ $700, but in addition could purchase another mattress at wholesale. SO BEWARE, IF YOU PURCHASE A MATTRESS HERE: CHOOSE CAREFULLY!!! IF IT DOESN'T TURN OUT TO BE RIGHT FOR YOU, YOU WILL BE S.O.L.!!! Terrible customer service!

I am very excited that I stopped in to this place! it's a smaller business but excellent customer service. We went to six different places shopping with my mom looking for adjustable bed. We definitely found the best deal in town. Rick definitely made us feel like family and answered all my mom's questions. I would highly recommend to do business with this company. My wife says it warms her heart our mom still talks about rick and the company that he works for after seven months...

Will not be heading back here.. my wife and I were interested in a sectional..we were waiting to hear back whether or not they could get the correct one to fit our living room. Unfortunately, they weren't and 3 weeks later, I get a a credit card in the mail from them that I never committed to. I called to ask why this was, due to a hit on my credit, and explained I wouldn't be returning as a customer..they responded with great, we don't like customers like you anyhow. Wow!!! Great customer service

I would like to say that when I went too bedrooms today for furniture out was an awesome experience. Ricky Wallace was the one helping me and he was very courteous to my budget and helpful in finding what I was looking for. He was sufficient and timely inn dealing with the paper work and delivery. Just an all out awesome experience thanks to Ricky and comfortable environment that he invoked. I would totally recommend this furniture store, and have. I've given his name tho my friends and family. I have been back on several occasions. Thanks for everything

I have bought 1 mattress and a complete bed set from Rich and we are very happy with his store and the service.. Hats off to Rich . Keep up the great way of doing buisness..
