My mother just recently passed away after being lovingly taken care of by the staff at Haven Homes- for the past 3 and half years. The last few years of mom's life she needed more and more help with things like dressing, showering etc and the staff was so patient and caring. It became her home and the nursing staff became a part of her family. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was truly a God Send for our family. My mother has been a resident here for 6 months. She feels at home here, and so do family members who visit often. From the size of the facility, the cleanliness and the professional, generous compassionate care, we could not be more pleased. Mom and Dad had been in other facilities in the past, and they don't hold a candle to Haven homes Assisted Living of Stow.

My Mother was at Haven Homes for almost four years and we were truly blessed to find such a wonderful home. The caregivers were amazing and so caring and the owner really knew what she was doing when she built Haven Homes. Haven Homes is an exceptional assisted living and not only did my Mother feel at home but our family did as well. We were all welcomed with open arms and I had peace of mind knowing my Mother was being cared for the best way possible. If you are looking for an assisted living home that truly has exceptional care, Haven Homes is the place!

JamieJ, what an opportunity you missed. This facility is operated by the most ethical, knowledgeable and professional person you will ever meet. The facility is pristine. The care is compassionate and empathetic. A high level of quality care is expected of all the employees ....and delivered.

If I could give less than one star I would. I called these "caregivers" and was met by a very rude woman on the other end. I would never place my loved ones in a facility with such rude individuals. If they talk in this manner over the phone, imagine how they would treat a loved one when you are not around. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
