Do not waste your time or money here. Very poor poor job. Up charged for every little thing and nails were horrible. Painted on French tip and they were all uneven, didn't use pink base so you could see all the acrylic underneath. I asked for a cutdown and they cut them so short pretty much cut them in half. Didn't file evenly and nails were all uneven and none were straight. Pedicure was so so. Very rushed through and acted like they wanted to get you in and out and not do a good job correctly. Worst experience ever, threw $70 down the drain.

i do not usually ever wrote reviews unless I really am i satisfied. I wish I could give this place negative stars because they are that bad! they do such a terrible job I just went to get a full set there and they we're absolutely horrible. they can not understand what you say. I asked for short nails and asked for them to be SQUARE ROUND. she made them way too long and squared. then painted them horribly and the next day after I got them done THREE nails had either cracked or completely broken off! I went back and the guy fixed them and said they were way too thin. As I came in the I was complaining to the gym how I just got my nails done yesterday and as I was complaining the lady who had did them was sitting there talking over me in Chinese to the other guy! like she was talking crap and they were laughing. then the next day after that, another nail cracked again! the nail polish chips after a couple days and you will be lucky to have nails on for longer than a week. absolutely horrible and dirty. they charge you too much. I've never heard anyone being satisfied at this place. do not go there.

They destroyed my nails. I even gave them a second chance and they ruined them. Too long. Bad paint. Cut my fingers and peeled my cuticles. My new nail girl said it was the worst she had ever seen. He hadn't even cut the nails (I got a full acrylic set) before he said that I had to give him $40. He seriously made me reach in my purse with 3 inch long nails to pay him. I'm sorry, but I do not pay for a service before that service is complete. Total bs! You can't understand any of them and they CLEARLY cannot understand you. I asked him if he could give me a rainbow zebra paint job and showed him a pic and he said yes. It looked like vomit, I'm not exaggerating. I wish I could post a pic. So much more happened. Don't waste your money. The person before was right. They just want your money. I will never ever go back. Want your nails done RIGHT!? Go to precision nails on Canton Rd in Akron Ohio. She just did my full set of stiletto nails with gorgeous paint for $24 and she can speak english, so that's a plus haha. Seriously, US Nails is awful

I just found out that my "Gel Nails" that I paid $50 for, were NOT gel nails, but acrilyc nails with gel on top. I have gone to this salon for the last year and a half and am so disappointed to be taken advantage of like this when I trusted them to give me what they were saying they were giving me and they lied. They are just out to get as much of your money as possible. They are also pushy when it comes to getting more services than what you're originally going in for.
