Had a new deck put on...took a little longer than expected without weather complications....however will be using then again for future renovations!

We hired Chuck to do a craft-room makeover. I had a cetain idea of what I wanted. He took my ideas and added his and it turned into a room I absolutely love! He installed cabinetry and hardwood flooring. He is a perfectionist. There were times I thought something looked just fine, but it wasn't up to his standards and he wouldn't stop until he was satisfied. And when the job was finished, we didn't have a mess to clean up. We also had him put a tile floor in our sunroom and a chain-link fence in our backyard. I would highly recommend him for any home improvement you might need.

We talked with Home Experts about replacing our roof, and asked about creating a sun room around our patio when we found out Chuck did that work as well. He was diligent in planning out various options based on our desires. He did an excellent job of coordinating the room addition, modification of existing roof rafters, and re-shingling of the new roof to complete everything simultaneously. Chuck did exceptional craftsmanship working with cedar and large flagstone flooring. He listened to us and had special designed windows made to fit the high wall under the roof peak. He enlarged the room to maximize the number of windows, and changed the size of the original windows planned. He exercised good communication with us through the majority of the work. There was some delay in startup due to issues with a concrete subcontractor beyond the control of Home Experts. They did a very good job cleaning up after the job. Most differences between budget estimate and actual costs were the results of changes we desired. Work was done in the Fall 2008 when materials prices were a bit crazy, but Chuck did a good job keeping costs down close to his original estimates. We are considering remodeling our bathroom and kitchen, and will seek a quote from Home Experts.

Home Experts is one of those "rare" companies that truly "pride" themselves in their workmanship. We hired Home Experts back in the fall to replace the roof on our home. Within a matter of just a few days and for a very reasonable price we had a brand new roof on our home. That done, we were so pleased with the quality of Home Experts work, we decided to hire them to replace the siding, soffet and facia and several of the windows in our home. They have done such a great job, our house looks brand new. If your looking for a company that takes great pride in pleasing the customer and is reasonably priced, then I highly recommend Home Experts to you, I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.
