Did not perform the service contracted to perform. When I call the owner to ask him to perform the work that was contracted, paid for and guaranteed, he agreed to come out initially. Then he didn't show up for his appointment and wouldn't return my phone calls. Check the Better Business Bureau Denver prior to hiring contractors.
