I've been using John's Repair for over 14 years, and it is a straight up honest shop. I recently had a problem that was going to cost over $600. When I picked it up, they said it didn't need the part they thought it needed and the repair was about half of what they said it was going to cost. They could have charged me the whole amount and I wouldn't have known. Integrity is still alive on the Eastern plains.

NEVER go to this rip off repair service!

John asked me why I thought it needs an alignment and I said because it pulled to the right. My daughter is going to college so I wanted her car to be right so I could have peace of mind. John looked at it and said I needed a right inner tie rod. So I said how much, he said $398.00 alignment and all. His daughter (receptionist/appointment maker) looked at me real fast (like in guilt) and looked away just as fast. So I left thinking I would go to R & R tire and see if my wheels are balanced okay. After saying my right front wheel was off 1.5 (ounces? Wheel weight) I had them take all the weights off and but in the balance beads. That took away the pulling to the right all together. While there I had them look at my tie rod ends, Bill one (the best) of the mechanics said my tie rod ends were fine. I checked when I went home and I could pick one up at O'Reilly's auto parts for $15.71.
