Dr Lauver worked very hard to help me get my insurance benefits even when they were denying my claim. He also made several phone calls to my insurance company;s eye lab after the lab made several mistakes on my lenses. If you want an ally in eyecare, this is your doctor.

DON'T EXPECT THIS EYE DOCTOR TO STAND BY HIS WORK. I ordered a pair of glasses from Strasburg Family Eyecare in April 2013 and they were put through my insurance. Then in May I went back to him and wanted a pair of glasses to be used at work while working on the computer. They ordered another pair of glasses and the lenses were not correct. They have sent them back to the lab to be fixed and after 3 times they still are not correct. How they say the lab will not redo them. I have already paid for these in full. I have told Dr. Lauver I want a refund because they can't get them correct and he says the lab will not give a refund. He tried to get me to take the glasses anyway and that I do not understand. I told him that I do not want glasses that I can't see with. Also he treats me like I my stupid. Then they tell me that I signed a paper stating the all lenses are non-refundable. It is truly bad that this doctor does not stand by his work.
