Provided by YPmobileTook a laptop in for some basic anti-virus help and ended up with an accidentally wiped HDD, scratched case, and misplaced power adapter. That took nearly a month... and cost over $200 -- they never offered to come down on the original estimate after their sloppy, sloppy work.
The worst, basically.
