These people are only out to take your money. I had an $18k system installed by them and serviced it with them for years. They came out for a service call. Performed over $600 in work and left. Three days later the system went down. I called them to tell them this and they set up a service call. The system came back on within 30 minutes of the service arrival. I explained the situation to the technician and without leaving his car he said there was nothing he could do. He then handed me a bill for the service call. -Really? The best part was when I called the service dispatcher she got really hostile when I said I wouldn't pay for the guy driving into my driveway and not leaving his car. After putting me on hold she came back on and told me never to call them again. -The best part is that she thought I would ever call them again.
