My front storm door was torn apart by the strong wind in Feb. 2011. I called several companies.

A guy named Bill from this company came to look at my front and gave me an estimation. He said he would come to fix it at March 4, 2011 around 1:00pm (Friday).



Since I work in philly, I asked half a day off on Friday. Around 12:00pm, before I head back home. I called him, no answer, I left a message to let him know that I was going home to wait him. After I was home, I called him again and left a message.

He called me back and told me that he cannot make it. He will do it as the first thing around 8-9am on next day (satursday) to do the job. OK. Sat. is ok to me, not a working day.



On Sat. day, 9:00am, he did not show up. I called him again and left a message. Around 10am, he called me and told me that he would be in my place 1 hour later. OK.



an hour later, he called me that his truck broken down on my street. I went down to check around, no truck was around. He said he would give me a call late that day to schedule another time to come. "unless you will come to fix my truck", this is exactly what he told me over phone.



He did not call that day. not the day after......

Thanks to God, he is not the only carpenter in the world.



Bad, bad, bad, just a bad company. wasting my time. Never use their service again. never recommend it to other people.
