1 star is 1 too many! I took our van to this Mr. Krall, because he told us our engine needed to be fixed. He charged us over $1000.00. Drove less than a mile and the check engine light came on! Drove less than 5 miles and the engine was seized up! I called him immediately, he came and got the vehicle but wouldn't stand behind what he said he had fixed! He told us we had to pay him this bill to get our vehicle back with a now seized up engine! We paid him $900.00 and just called to pay the other $300.00. He now claims he took it to a junkyard when his son and wife said earlier in the day (2 separate phone calls) it was at their other place! So who's lying?!! We are out a $5000.00 plus vehicle that had brand new tires on plus the $900.00 we paid him!!! Then when I called back after he hung up on me trying to get answers and get our vehicle back he had his wife Carol say she didn't think he was around when he was listening in on the phone and then started swearing at me when I said "what is he a coward that he won't come to the phone now?!!!" What a coward!!! Hiding behind his lies!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday!!! We were never given any notification he was "junking out" our vehicle!!!! Or any monthly statements for that matter! and how do I know he didn't fix up our vehicle and sell it??? And when I would pay him "cash" payments he never wanted to give us a paid receipt! He will stand before God on Judgement Day!!! And now in talking with many others I hear I am not the only one he's made a dishonest living off of!!! Shame on him and his wife for taking advantage of people in this manner!!! God knows the truth and so do YOU Glen Krall!!!!
