After the previouse company I had been dealing with for years took so long to call me back and thel was going to take another 3-4 weeks to complete my order, I decided to go somewhere else. I was uneasy at first going to a completely different company who I had not worked with before but a friend told me about these guys. They are great to work with and respond to your call or email right away. We had both embroidery and screen printing done and the quality was excellent. I can understand why anyone would be unsure about going to a different company for this stuff, you are spending good money and want it to be right. I was forced to try someone else out and I'm glad it happened. I'm saving money and very happy with the customer service.
