My computer hard drive just stopped working one day. There was no warning signs, and I was unable to backup very important files.

8 years later I remembered my Flip Video Camcorder that was in a drawer and had many of my granddaughter's baby videos. I hadn't removed the batteries and unfortunately they were corroded. I was hoping to retrieve the videos but was disheartened to find that no one in Honolulu was able to do that, however Flash Fixers in New Hampshire was recommended to me. Flash Fixers has been professional from the first email to the last. Rich kept me informed on the progress and I was delighted and impressed that he was able to recover the videos. Flash Fixers saved my family memories!

Rich is awesome. One of my external drives died. I took it to him on a Wednesday. He ran some preliminary diagnostics on it while I was there and said that it looked pretty good. He called me the next day saying he could have it ready for me to pick up Friday afternoon. Since I hadn't gotten my spare drive yet, he picked up one for me at cost. I have my recovered data and it is a beautiful thing!!! Rich is great !!

Highly recommended! Another expert told my daughter that her laptop hard drive with 4 years worth of college work was unreadable. Western Digital wanted her to box the drive up and send it away, and they would get back to her in 4 weeks to let her know if they could do anything. I called Flashfixers and dropped the hard drive off with Rich on Friday morning. On the following Monday, my daughter picked up a flash drive containing all of the lost data!
