I have had much more confidence applying with a resume that showcases my skills and experience and is relevant to hiring teams. I have gotten more responses recently after using it to update my profile on LinkedIn and other job search sites. And finally I have a boilerplate cover letter that allows me to include one with ease (especially when I'm in a hurry). This has refreshed my approach and improved my outlook.
