Provided by YP.comHands down, This is the most honest and respectfull guitar shop in the Chicago area. After reading the last review I am dumbfounded, I've been shopping here for sometime now and have never ever heard or seen anyone say a bad word about this store. The owner goes out of his way to help the customer, I've driven by late at night after hours and the lights are on and the owner is still working on customers projects. That tells me, he isn't at home with his family, like you are and he should be. He is running his business making sure the customers needs are met. You won't find your Guitar Center employee staying after hours to make sure your pedal board is built or your guitar is ready for you for your next gig.
The prices are more than fair at this shop. amp repair isn't cheap and it's time consuming, seems like in the Ipad genderation everything is instant and "I want it Now" well quality isn't cheap or fast. I personally have seen people like the reviewer come in after a repair saying.. "I smell burning" Well for those that don't know as this guy didn't new tubes burn and smell when they are brand new.
I'll leave you with this, If you want quality work, and guitars and amps go here. If not take your chances somewhere else, but you'll be seeing him after someone else screws up your stuff and you need Goodtime Music to fix it.
