STAY AWAY HE IS A CROOK! I called three months ago and asked for my payments to be taken off auto-pay, I was told by Chad himself that this would not be an issue. For the past two months now they have pulled payments out of my account WITHOUT my authorization!!! I have received 2 checks to cover the overdraft fees when I went in/called and complained about it. And was reassured by Zack last month that the auto-pay would not happen again. GUESS WHAT IT DID!!!!!! I went in and talked to Heather last Wednesday, who was the most helpful out of any of the agents and she processed the claim for me. Only to have to call me today and tell me they were not refunding the money they illegally pulled from my account. Chad then called me a liar on the phone claiming that I never asked for my account to be pulled off of auto-pay! He also claimed that I couldn’t possibly remember a conversation that took place three months ago, but when you live paycheck to paycheck you remember things like that. Oh and it gets better, with it being his agency he can't (and by can't I mean won't) write a letter stating that I had talked to him about taking my account off of the auto-pay, but yet for the past two months state farm has reimbursed me for the $29 overdraft fees they caused how would those have gone through if they didn't screw up?????
