Provided by YP.comToday is my birthday. Went to Time Out, which is way on one side of town (Streator). When I got there, told they could not make me a 3 scoop sundae!! Then I went to the other side of town to DQ. Told them I wanted their largest sundae. They gave me ice cream with chocolate syrup!! That is not a sundae. Sundaes have whipping cream and nuts and a cherry on top. I am deeply disappointed in the two restaurants. Didn't know making a sundae was so complicated.
