I've never been treated so well by a business as I was at Tire Tracks.This was My second time I've used them. I actually feel guilty paying so little but getting so much. A truly dedicated Sales Associate Kevin Scamen and employees like the mechanic Dave. If you ever need to train your employees on how to treat customers, just bring them into Tire Tracks of Streator, IL and they will learn true professionalism. If every business was run as well as this one, upper management would never have to worry about anything.

This place overfilled my motor oil during an oil change causing a blown valve gasket and refused to fix the problem or even pay for them. I would not recommend them to anyone. We tried contacting them and they don't answer their phones, we left messages and they don't return our calls. They have been reported to the better business bureau several times. Check out the website this apparently is not their first complaint. What a shady company.
