They took all day with me, literally. I brought a 10 year old Pilot in for repair and started looking around. Seven hours later counting a 45 minute lunch I left with a loaded Accord. No pressure, no hassle and a fair price that I checked with the internet. Since then two years have passed and I still feel taken well cared for every time I have oil changes and other maintenance done. Will always be my dealership.

Very bad experience, poor customer service. Not friendly at all. Another person with similar repair got it done at 20% of the cost that I paid. Very unfair. Very Bad customer service. Will not go to this dealership again in future for any type of repair or service. Will share this bad experience with my friends/families and recommend them not to go to this dealership. Will go to another dealership even if it is farther than this dealership.

the service department is very respectable and helpful. i love coming here, they give great discounts on services, and let me know what's reccomended for my honda. i wouldn't trust any other dealership with serving my car!

Just purchased a Civic Hybrid from this location because my mother has an Accord EX and has had great service. As always, do you home work before hand when buying a car. They were not high pressure, in fact quite the opposite. They took the time to let me drive the new Accords, gasoline Civics, and gas/electric Civic. I went on a total of (4) test drives over 2 days and they never pushed me toward a sale, in fact, when i came back the car that i had wanted (civic hybrid base) was sold but they had a new fully loaded civic hybrid that they gave to me for $1,000 more (Leather & Nav)($2,500 savings on a HIGH demand car). My mother kept telling me about the $10 oil changes. It makes going to the dealer for service much more affordable.
